Are you, like so many others, waging a battle with your acne? Its obvious what acne is but what is the cause? In fairly simple terms, its caused by the inflammation of oil or sebaceous glands that are a part of the make-up of our skin. Does acne only affect teenagers, as is a popular misconception? Obviously not, no. Although by far the greatest number of sufferers are indeed in their teens.
So the question is, how to get rid of acne? One straight-forward method is to consider what we eat and what we ingest on a regular basis. Spots, pimples and acne scars are brought about in large part by the toxins accruing within our bodies, which will then in turn affect the sebaceous glands, which then leads to acne and its various complications.
By ingesting reasonable amounts of water each and every day you are helping to flush the body of toxins. Further, by exercising regularly and at least occasionally with some vigor, it aids in the expelling of toxins through perspiration.
This may not be enough to rid you of your acne but it will help as part of an over-all program.
